 FAQ's

  • Alcohol

There is a good variety of alcoholic beverages available for purchase at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue.  A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol.​

  • Animals - Service

Pets are not allowed in the venue. Only registered Service animals are permitted.

  • ATMs

 ATM's are on site located adjacent to the Food Court​

  • Bag Inspections

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. 

  • Banners and Signs

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper.  All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.​

  • Box Office

The box office is located by the main Entrance and is only open on show days. The Box Office Opens at 12 Noon on show day.  All tickets can be purchased via www.TicketMaster.com or over the phone through Ticketmaster.

  • Camera Policy

The venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in.  NOTE- SUBJECT TO CHANGE -  ​

  • Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.​

  • Conceal and Carry

Weapons are not allowed inside the Mizner Park Amphitheater. 

  • Concessions

Mizner Park Amphitheater offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue.

Concessions are located throughout the venue.

  • Credit / Debit Cards

All main concession stands accept most Credit and Debit Cards.   Smaller stands/ portable concessions may be cash only.​

  • Drinking Water

Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water.  Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks are not permitted.

Water fountains are located outside of  the restrooms.

  • Driving Directions

From Either I-95 or FL Turnpike, Take the Glades Rd exit and proceed east To Federal Highway(US1).Turn Right-(South) onto Federal Highway and then turn left at​ NE 5th St. The venue will be on your left.

  • Emergency

In the event of an emergency while on site, Mizner Park Amphitheater has trained First Aid staff to assist with any medical issues. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested.  In the event of a weather emergency, the venue will communicate and provide guidance to guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. ​​

  • Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, he or she will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

  • Guests with Disabilities

We strive to ensure that  guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.​

  • Items ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue:

    • Average size bags/back packs

    • Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses  

    • Water – 1 factory sealed bottle

  • Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue include, but are not limited to:

    • Chairs

    • Weapons of any kind

    • Alcohol

    • Food

    • Illegal drugs/substances

    • Glass containers

    • Umbrella's

    • Cans

    • Coolers

    • Bikes

    • Skate Boards

    • Scooters

    • Roller Blades

    • Large or oversized bags/backpacks such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks

    • Laser pointers

    • Animals (except service animals)

    • Fireworks

  • General Admission Lawn Ticket ( Standing Room Only - No Chair)

The lawn is always first come, first served.  There are no assigned spaces on the lawn. You can bring your own small Blanket to sit on, or  you can stand. Please Note: You cannot bring a chair into the venue. 

  • Merchandise

Merchandise will be available for sale at the Merchandise Tent. NOTE: All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise.

  • Parking

Parking is available in the parking garages adjacent to the Amphitheater. There is also Limited VIP parking available in the parking lot adjacent to the Amphitheater for $20 per parking stall. First United Methodist Church also has limited parking available for $10 

  • Police Assistance

Local law enforcement will be site. On duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.​

  • Re-Entry

Re-Entry will not be permitted. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

  • Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the East side of the venue along the side of the stage building.   ​

  • Security 

When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures.  All bags are subject to inspection.​

Venue security and law enforcement are positioned throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.Your safety and security are most important to us. 

  • Smoking / Vaping

Smoking and vaping is allowed at the venue.  We appreciate your cooperation.​

  • Umbrellas

 Umbrellas are not permitted in the venue.   Rain Ponchos are allowed. ​

  • Weather

All shows will go on rain or shine.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

  • Will Call

Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office.  Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets.
